Stephen is a Founding Partner of Jermyn Street Partners.

His work is focused upon Performance Transformation in all its incarnations. He has led the transformation of hundreds of organisations across 15 different industries in the Industrial, Healthcare, and Service sectors. In addition, he has deep experience in making delivering change in both public and private sector organisations. He has personally led the creation of over $10bn in tangible value, while saving thousands of jobs, and improving service delivery for millions of citizens.

Stephen has decades of experience as an Advisor, CEO and Non-Executive Director. Originally trained as an Engineer, he was a leader of both the Operations Practice and the Healthcare Practice at McKinsey & Company.

Stephen has long served as a trustee of charities dedicated to supporting the most vulnerable in society and as an Independent Director on several corporate boards.
